When will copyright rates be determined for universities?

The last time that the Copyright Tribunal was asked to determine the rate for universities was 20 years ago.
The Tribunal heard the case in September 2020, and is expected to give a determination in early 2021.
The Tribunal has made interim orders regarding the payments to be made by universities until it makes its final determination.

The Office has been headed by a Register since 1897.
