What is Phenix system?
Phenix is a highly automated software system for macromolecular structure determination.
It can rapidly provide an initial partial model of a structure without significant human intervention, given moderate resolution and good quality data..
The Phenix GUI
The main GUI is started by typing the command phenix ; the GUI will also open automatically when you launch any of the individual program GUIs.
However, you should not run more than one instance of the GUI at a time, to avoid conflicts with internal database files.

How do I create a tutorial in Phenix?
