365 data centers acquisition

Chirisa Investments, which the Digiweb founder established in early 2011, has according to industry experts made over five times its original investment in 365 Data Centers, a hybrid data centre and networks solutions provider, which has just been acquired by Stonecourt Capital for an undisclosed sum.

365 is acquiring the international colocation brand’s data center facilities and customers in 8 strategic edge markets along with its U.S. network infrastructure, routes, and customers.

365 Data Centers, a leading provider of network-centric colocation and other Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions, has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire Sungard’s U.S. colocation and network business.

D365 will be the owner of all data, but we have an other application that will use the data and create some data.
For example, we want to read customer information, update customer information, read orders (not sure if the term is sale/purchase-order), update orders and in some cases create orders from the other application.
