How do I get Out of Artpark?

When leaving
Your driver MUST be sober. Police often stop and check suspect drivers. Police are everywhere and hate you hanging around after any concert. Trouble is
It's a half hour wait on a single road to get out of ArtPark. Or a half mile or more walk if you park outside ArtPark.
