For admission in any college of astrophysics
The student must have passed 10+2 from a recognized educational board with mathematics and physics as their two major subjects
And with an aggregate score of 50%.

The students shall learn to tackle astrophysical problems and solve them
Possibly beyond current knowledge
By means of scientific tools.
In addition
Courses broadening the expertise into neighbouring
Related fields shall enable the students to comprehend interdisciplinary contexts.

The program consists of core class work in a broad range of astrophysics subject areas then emphasizes independent research. Students are free to pursue study in virtually any area of astrophysics.
