Main duties of the
placement You will be working as an FY1 in clinical haematology for 4 months on ward21. As you will be ward based you will also be looking after medical patients
who are staying on the ward. There is a consultant ward round on a Monday morning, and on Thursday mornings we hold our MDT followed by the grand round. For the other days of the week there is a middle grade ward round, so there is plenty of available senior support.Typical working pattern in
this placementThe rota is a 1:14 full shift
