Complete each exercise in as few sets as possible and remember to workout at your own intensity! Anyone can do this workout, so give it a shot!

SPARTANS! PREPARE FOR GLORY!

This routine is designed to give anyone a great workout at the GYM.

This Routine Requires:

1. Using your body weight

2. 24inch platform

3. Barbell and two 45lb plates

4. 36lb kettlebell

5. Pull-Up Bar

List of Exercises:

1. 25 Pull-Up

2. 50 Deadlift (135lbs)

3. 50 Push-Ups

4. 50 Box-Jump (24inch)

5. 50 Floor Wipers (Use a 1-1 Count)

6. 25 Kettlebell Clean Presses (36lbs) (Each hand)

7. 25 Pull-Up
