You have made and confirmed your reservations for a fun-filled camping e xperience with your Girl Scouts, and now you are ready to go camping! ŊŊĿŊŊŊŊŊŊŊĪŊĥŊefore you pack your cars and head to camp, please review these important camp procedures and regu

lations so that your trip goes smoothly.Ŋ• Ensure that every driver is an approved adult volunteer with a good driv

ing record, a valid license, and a registered/ insured vehicle. (Refer to Form F-477 Driver Checklist and Volunteer Essentials , Chapter 4, Safety-Wise) • Remember the travel folder for each car transporting girls! (Refer to V olunteer Essentials, Chapter 4, Safety-Wise) • Check gate closing times. Please refer to your confirmation letter for a ccess to camps and after-hours accessŊ information. • You cannot enter the camp without a list of the names for your group plu s any program consultants arriving at separateŊ time, to leave with the reserve ranger at check in.
