These fees are based on a percentage of a production's eli- gible production costs; therefore, they self-adjust for inflation. The Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit (CPTC) and Film or Video Production Services Tax Credit (PSTC) certified copy fees ($) are exempt from the annual fee adjustment, as they are considered "low-materiality fees" as per the Service Fees Act. ()(b) of the Canadian Environ- mental Protection Act, 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment requires, for the purpose of assessing whether the substances are toxic or are capable of becom- ing toxic, or whether to control or the manner in which to control substances, any person described in sections to of this notice to provide the information required in sec- tions to that may be in their possession, or to which they would reasonably be expected to have access. This information is to be provided no later than September Responses to this notice shall be submitted to the Minister of the Environment using the online reporting system available through Environment and Climate Change Can- ada's Single Window.Pursuant to section
of the Act, any person who pro- vides information in response to this notice may submit, with the information, a written request that the informa- tion or part of it be treated as confidential.
