in support of this commitment are in place, including increased transparency. Starting in 2022, we contribute our list of facilities that manufacture Disney

-branded products, sold, distributed

, or used in our own retail and wholesale businesses such as Disney Stores and Disney Parks, as well as those used in our internal operations, to

Under our International Labor

Standards (ILS) program, facilities that manufacture products or components incorporating Disney intellectual property must g

enerally be

declared to Disney and receive Disney's prior authorization to manufacture. The data at Open Supply Hub includes information about the facilities disclosed to us by

vendors under the requirements of Disney's ILS Program for our own retail and wholesale businesses as well as internal operations. The list does not include the facilities

used only by licensees of The Walt Dis

ney Company or its affiliates that source, manufacture, and sell consumer products by and through independent entities.

Our own retail and wholesale businesses and internal operations comprise a wide range of product categories including apparel, toys, electronics, food, home goods,

personal care, books, and others. As a result, the number of facilities involved in the production of Disney-branded products may be larger than th

at of companies that

operate in only one or a limited number of product categories. In addition, because we generally require vendors to disclose any facility where Disney intellectual

property is present as part of the manufacturing process, the list includes facilities that may extend beyond finished goods manufacturers or final assembly locations.

We intend to update our data on Open Supply Hub annually. While we have attempted to ensure the accuracy of this data, it may contain errors and omissions as a result

of insufficient or inaccurate reporting to Disney, timing of new or lapse

d contracts, contractual limitations, and anti-piracy protection. Inclusion in this data set does not

constitute a general authorization for a facility to manufacture Disney-branded products; such authorizations are granted only by a separate written agreem

ent and

subject to specifications and limitations. In addition, Disney makes no representation regarding any of these facilities for
