LTCI(Lab oratoireTraitement etCommunicationdel'Infor mat ion) isa laboratoryofTélécom ParisTech.Itextends,since Januar y2017, thew orkcarriedoutwithintheUMR LTCI (Unité Mixte deRec herche),ajointresearc hlab oratorywiththeCNRS (CentreNationaldelaRec herche Scientique).Established in1982 (seeT able1.1), LTCI ischaracterizedb yits broadcoverage of the eldof informationand communication science andtechnology. Itsresearchactivities range from thehardw arelayer (electronics,opto-electronics,systemonc hip,antennae,micro wa ve s:::) to thesoft warelayer(systems, algorithms,protocols:::), andto appliedmathematics (graph theory,optimization, probabilities,statistics :::). Theyencomp assstudiesondierentkinds of data (audio,video, images,semi-structured dataand web conten t)as wellasw orksonnetwork performanceand services, orquantumc ryptograph yissues.
