1.1 PREAMBULE

Road to Le Mans (désigné ci-après "Compétition"),

Le Mans Endurance Management (LMEM).

Le règlement sportif de la Compétition Road to Le Mans

2019 est établi sur la base du règlement sportif de la

Série Michelin Le Mans Cup 2019, et des règlements

Techniques ACO LMP3 2019 et FIA GT3 2019.

Tous les Concurrents et pilotes qui participent à la course

Road to Le Mans 2019 doivent s'y conformer.

Les articles du présent Règlement Spécifique remplacent les articles du Règlement Sportif de la Série Michelin Le

Mans Cup 2019 (même numérotation).

Road to Le Mans (hereinafter "Competition"), reserved for LMP3 and GT3 cars is the result of cooperation

The Sporting regulations of the Competition ROAD to Le Mans 2019 is set up on the basis of the sporting regulations of the Michelin Series Le Mans Cup 2019 and the 2019 ACO LMP3 and the 2019 FIA GT3

Technical regulations.

All Competitors and drivers taking part in the 2019

Road to Le Mans race must abide by them.

The articles of the present Specific Regulations replace the articles of the Sporting Regulations of the 2019

Michelin Le Mans Cup (identical numbering).

They are designated by the ACO (see appendix 1)

3. ENTRIES

CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY

3.1.2 Entry for the Competition (except the Michelin Le

Mans Cup entered for the full season):

The entry procedure is placed under the aegis and the responsibility of the ACO. 50 cars maximum for practices and races. If one or several innovative cars are selected, they will be counted towards this maximum number of admissible cars.

3.2 ENTRY PROCEDURE

3.2.4 Innovative car

In order to promote new technologies, the Selection

Committee (see Article 3.4) may authorise one or

several Competitors presenting an innovative car in the innovative category, which does not meet the

2019 Technical Rules subject to the following

conditions: - The car must be the product of an innovative technological project which will be assessed by the Selection Committee. - The ACO will have to obtain the necessary guarantees regarding safety, performance and reliability of the car, as well as all other requirements it deems necessary. - The innovative car will take part in the race outside the classifications, and its invitation may be repealed at any time.
