What if I can't access my immiaccount?

Many of the online services are accessible via your ImmiAccount. If you can’t access your ImmiAccount, try clicking the ‘Forgotten username or password’ button or asking your Organisation Account Administrator (OAA) for assistance. All usernames are unique, and you can’t repurpose or alter your username even if you close the account.
