Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST)-reg. The result of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2018 was declared on 20.06.2019 in which a total of534052 candidates (Female-68420 and Male-465632) were shortlisted for Physical
Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST). However subsequently, it came to the notice of the Commission that there were a few discrepancies in the Question Items/ final answer keys of some questions. Therefore, the Commission undertook a comprehensive review of the Question Items/ Final Answer Keys of such questions and revised the final answer keys of 13 questions. Details of the shifts having revision in the final Answer Keys are as follows:S. No. Shift No. of revised

2. Due to revision in the final Answer Keys, raw scores of candidates belonging
to the above 8 shifts have been revised. Further, owing to the changes in marks of the candidates of these shifts, parameters involved in the normalization of scores for all the candidates also got affected which resulted in the revision of normalized scores i.e. the final scores of all the candidates.3. Accordingly, the result of Computer Based Examination has been revised.
4. Based on revision in the result, the following changes have been effected in
the result initially declared on 20.06.2019: 2 (a) qualified for PET/ PST against vacancies of General Area (List-1) (b) qualified for PET/ PST against vacancies of Border Area (List-2) (c) qualified for PET/ PST against vacancies of Naxal Area (List-3) (d) for PET/ PST against All India vacancies (i.e. NIA and SSF) (List-4) (e) qualified for PET/ PST against vacancies of General Area (List-5) (f) qualified for PET/ PST against vacancies of Border Area (List-6) (g) qualified for PET/ PST against vacancies of Naxal Area (List-7) (h) qualify for PET/ PST now in the revised result (List-8) (i) qualify for PET/ PST now in the revised result (List-9)5. Accordingly, in the revised result, a total of 5,35,169 candidates (Female-
68781 and Male-466388) [as against 5,34,052 candidates (Females 68420 and
Male 465632) who had qualified earlier] have qualified in the Computer Based Examination and have been shortlisted for the PET/ PST.6. The Category-wise revised break-up of the candidates provisionally
shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Computer Based Examination for appearing in the PET/ PST along with the Marks and Date of Birth of the last shortlisted candidates are as follows:6.1 Female:

7.1 Female:

iii. Cut-off details of female candidates qualified against vacancies reserved for Naxal/ Militancy affected District Area are given in Annexure-III.7.2 Male:
i. Cut-off details of male candidates qualified against State/ UT-wise vacancies for General District Area are as given in Annexure-IV. ii. Cut-off details of male candidates qualified against vacancies reserved forBorder District Area are as given in Annexure-V.
iii. Cut-off details of male candidates qualified against vacancies reserved for Naxal/ Militancy affected District Area are given in Annexure-VI. 58. As per the option exercised by the candidates in the Online Application Form,
candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC category, on migration from one State/ UT to another State/ UT have been considered in their respective reserved category if they have chosen to take benefit of reservation from the State/ UT of origin. Other- wise they have been considered as UR candidate from the State/ UT of their domicile as per the provisions of the Notice of Examination (Para-17.5).9. The candidates shortlisted against the All India vacancies will also be
considered against the vacancies of General/ Border/ Naxal District Areas depending on the domicile State/ District information provided by the candidates in the online application form and verification of the same during Document Verification. Similar procedure will be adopted for the candidates shortlisted against the vacancies ofGeneral/ Border District Areas.
10. Resolution of Tie Cases:
In the event of a tie in the normalized marks scored by candidates in the Computer Based Examination, such cases have been resolved by applying following criteria, one after another in the given order, till the tie is resolved: (a) Total marks in Computer Based Examination. (b) Marks in Part-A of Computer Based Examination. (c) Marks in Part-B of Computer Based Examination. (d) Date of Birth, with older candidates placed higher. (e) Alphabetical order of names (starting with first name)11. Call letters to the candidates, who have now been qualified (Additionally
Qualified) for PET/ PST, will be uploaded by the Nodal CAPF i.e. CRPF on their website http://crpf.gov.in and http://crpf.nic.in.12. Marks of the candidates will be placed on the website of the Commission:
