Does clang support asm-goto?

So could you please send me the download site, since I didn't find this version on the official website.
As of recently, Clang supports asm-goto well enough to build an x86 kernel.

As far as I know, I haven't had any errors prior to this.
I chrooted into the environment and setup all the files and symlinks.

What is asm goto?

asm goto allows assembly code to jump to one or more C labels.
The GotoLabels section in an asm goto statement contains a comma-separated list of all C labels to which the assembler code may jump.
