Most characters are under researched, and a majority of the characters are also downplayed.
Those that are properly researched are few and far between, and there's a lot of scaling that doesn't make sense sometimes..
Remember, there are higher levels of spatial dimensions in DC's cosmology, but only this one specifically refers to the upper limit of spatial dimensions for an individual universe
