Within six to eight weeks after each sitting of the Licensing Examinations, or such other period as may be disclosed by the Law Society, candidates will receive a message in their confidential online account providing their result(s) on a “Pass” or “Fail” basis..
What is the pass rate for the Ontario Bar exam?
There is little official information published about the pass rates, which has led to a general (and misguided) belief that "everyone passes the Ontario bar exams".
The truth is that students DO fail the Ontario bar .
Anecdotally the pass rate is believed to be in the 90% range..

This is an examination for non-graduates held once a year, usually in February or March

FINAL EXAMINATION – FIRST PART SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2023 The next sitting of the FE1 will be held between 26 September and 6 October

Candidates can apply to sit their examinations online or at an examination centre in Dublin

Applications will open on the Law Society’s website shortly

The closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm on 3 August
