The receipt and handling of unresolved disputes that fall within jurisdiction as defined within these Scheme Rules (“Complaints”), in relation to companies that are a member of Aviation ADR (“Members”); The resolution, settlement and/or withdrawal of Complaints or disputes between Members and any of their customers;

What is aviationadr?

AviationADR is an alternative dispute resolution scheme approved by the Civil Aviation Authority (the aviation regulator) and operated by Consumer Dispute Resolution Limited (CDRL)

We are an independent and impartial scheme which is FREE for passengers to use and can deal with complaints about airlines and airports that subscribe with us

Who approves ADR providers for aviation consumers?

The CAA is the competent authority to assess, and if applicable, approve ADR providers in respect of consumer disputes stemming from aviation contacts
