Next, apply online through our simple and user-friendly application process. Successful applicants will then be invited to interview within 2 weeks. Applicants will have an informal conversation with a course tutor and members of the admissions and apprenticeship team (if applying for an apprenticeship). We will ask about motivations for coming to Oldham College and for undertaking the chosen course. Candidates will need to provide evidence of qualifications such as GCSEs, A Levels, BTECs, course specific qualifications or portfolios (for design courses specifically). Candidates should be able to demonstrate at interview that they are punctual, reliable and committed for the duration of the course they apply for. Some courses may require an initial assessment to gauge an applicant's suitability for the course.
