2012 charter ͞university/ disability" and the 22nd July 2013 Fioraso Law ask each higher education

establishment to draw up a master plan for disabled students. Does your Distance Learning Center fit into this master plan? how?

2. Does your Distance Learning Center have students with disabilities among those who have enrolled?

3. Nature of the disability and number of Distance Learning students concerned

4. What are your actions for the students with disabilities?

Support for the analysis of needs,

the implementation of suitable facilities for studies and exams, digital accessibility, easy access to premises, permanence at the disability-health relay, first-aid room.

Insurance support unit of a one-

stop entry point by the relay service between the tuition offices, educational managers and component directors for help with the administrative registration, the implementation of the arrangements made by the presidency of the university, the setting up of an individualized educational follow-up. -A civic service agent has been recruited every year (for the past

2 years) to facilitate activities

within the university to improve the reception and support of students with disabilities.

A listening and support unit offers

free psychological hotlines in a specific furnished space. This service is integrated into CASE (specific support unit for students).

COURSE ADAPTATION

Possibility to record lessons with

a dictaphone - note taker help of a school - Use of a previously emptied laptop - Adjustment of the test by the teacher or support measures during examinations - Exams in a special room with a school assistant - Transmission of the examination questions in suitable format (in A3 format, line spacing, bold font, etc.) - Examination questions, instruction or modification sent to the student - Permission to use the measurement conversion table -additional time (third time) - Assistance of a sign language interpreter or writing -reader secretary (University of Lorraine,

Aix ...) etc.

- Scoring to be expected on the reasoning and not only on the final result - Permission to take a break for tests lasting over an hour and a half - Sitting for off-site examinations or specific individualized room (Université Lorraine)
