A health provider sends emails without any legitimate way of opting out. The email indicates to 'sign

in' to manage contact preferences. This involves indicating that the user has forgotten password.

Once a password reset link is sent via email it requires receiving a text message for verification. This

prompts the user to have to opt out of text messages now also. I did not have an online account with

them so had to set up a new account so rather than resetting password I was really having to register

for a new account. Once account is set up, the 'My Notifications' page let's the user opt out of phone

messages, but email messages are 'Required' with no option to opt out. The process is vague, complicated, and ultimately impossible because of the way they manage their accounts and therefore

a violation of CAN-SPAM. Also, the required field in this FCC form "Internet Issues" does not apply to this complaint so why is it required that I give all this extra info?

Intelius and The Whitepages post false info and if they do remove it they say they will post again in

the future. And they repost other false things instead. Much is inferring and defamatory and is harassment. They also want to make money by upsetting and forcing people to go to their website to make an account to remove false info. Every time you visit their site, they make money on us through clicking on their links on their website. It is an emotional and reputational harassment online because while they say they will remove it, they post more false info in the future. These two companies need to be held accountable, especially---they post false info to Google at the top of a search for your name. We should be protected by having a "Do Not Post" Registry of our names and personal info the same way as spammers cannot call our cellphones. Intelius and The Whitepages are the two online infodata companies that are doing this

to innocent people. I have been photo documenting the false online info before and after and it is a

Hi, When I switched my internet and TV to obtain a new subscription from comcast. I went to the

comcast Xfinity store and informed them that I would like to sign up for new service. I inquired if I

could get the online price and that I would like to pay deposit to waive the credit check. I have

explicitly told them that I want to pay the deposit to avoid the credit check. I DID NOT provide them

with my social security number and paid 100$ deposit as directed in store before picking up my equipment. Six weeks later when I checked my credit report, I noticed a hard pull on my credit from Comcast. I called customer service in August and inquired how they pulled my credit with out my permission and how they obtained my ssn. The representative told me they don't have my ssn on file and informed me some one from billing department would call me by 8/28/2016 to address this. Also the customer care representative mentioned he opened a request to remove hard inquiry on my credit report as it was unauthorized. I am writing this complaint on 10/1/2016. As of now no one contacted me and I see the hard inquiry on my report as of 9/30/2016.

get "good info" on hacker and how he works. last night for about 2 hours he joined in on my tablet and

started changing files, setting, etc so i started to try to save some of his work and files, he pop up a

message stating " i would be very careful what you chose to do with his info. i found a good file path

of his and he quickly cleared data and history, "user dump" and left however he left me where i was in

his system, i took a 2 hour video screenshot showing how he does things to hack. so it was hacked,

then privacy taken, then identity theft and now terrorism. i need help and i think i have enough info to

there windows... There is also a OC Sheriff at 2159 that may also be a part of it. Can you please have a unit do an unannounced drive by scanning wireless/RF signals etc... I had my house scanned by a private company & only one cam was found. the alleged "kids" responsible bragged they left one on to see if it could be detected, which means there is more. But my scanner guy was known to be in my residence at the time. I hope you can help us - we have children in our home.
