MagnumX-raytube(50 kV)(withaAganode),adetec

torX-123SDDAmptek (25 mm 2 ),witharesolutionof

130at5.9 keV.Scanningstepwassetto1 mm,speedto

3 mm/s.X-raytubewassettoavoltageof40 kVanda

currentof120 µA.Spectraweretreatedinbatchmode usingPyMCA[ 14 ],allowingtoseparatethesignalsfrom thedifferentchemicalelements. ?eanalysesbyRSwereperformedwiththeEnwave usingalaserat785 nm[ 15 ].?reeRamanspectraof
